JMC prides itself on keeping up-to-date on all Minnesota state reporting requirements. All Minnesota state reporting options are contained in the JMC Minnesota module and include options for MARSS, MCCC, Early Education Student, Perkins, STAR, and Graduation Standards reporting. The Minnesota module works with our other modules to limit dual entry. Before you upload your files to the Minnesota Department of Education, most file generation options in the JMC Minnesota module will generate an error report for you. This means you can correct nearly all issues with your data before uploading your files to MDE.

WISEdata & WISEid update 6/15/2016

The initial round of WISEdata reporting for Wisconsin Private Choice schools has for the most part concluded.  A few schools may be finalizing their changes.

For the 2016-2017 school year all Wisconsin public schools will also be required to do their state reporting via WISEdata and WISEid submissions and processes instead of via ISES and WSLS.  WI DPI is in the process of finalizing changes with Ed-Fi in preparation for this transition.  Look for corresponding changes in your JMC Next Gen software later this summer and fall.

WISEData & WISEid update 4/7/2016

On March 16, 2016 JMC successfully completed integration testing for Wisconsin WISEdata Ed-Fi version 1.0 (Choice School release).  JMC is now eligible to receive production credentials for the Wisconsin Ed-Fi implementation.  Also, as of April 6, 2016 Wisconsin DPI has verified that JMC is able to accept WISEids from DPI and is now inviting all choice schools using JMC to begin acquiring WISEids for their students.  DPI will be sending information about using the WISEid and WISEdata applications to all Choice schools soon.
